The Housing Division of the Office of Student Affairs works hard to create a stimulating environment conducive to learning where residents can develop strong personal and social relationships.

Student Private Apartments
Wisdom and Harmony House
EUC has inaugurated three modern buildings located minutes from the University to meet the increasing housing needs of students. The new housing units offer superior living conditions and they have been designed to ensure privacy, comfort and independence to residents. The buildings consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Wisdom House and Harmony House provide accommodation on a fully furnished basis. Each apartment in Wisdom House and Harmony House contains its own living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and refrigerator. All housing units have hot/cold air condition units.

Serenity House
Serenity house is a small and quiet housing unit. It consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Every apart ment has its own living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom, and it is fully furnished with single beds, side tables, desks, wardrobes, armchairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and a refrigerator.

Pouros House
Situated just 200 meters off campus, this exclusive Housing unit offers comfort and convenience. This small unit, contains six one bedroom and three two bedroom apartments with a maximum capacity of 12 residents. The apartments are fully furnished with single beds, side tables, desks, book shelves, sofas, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equiped with a cooker, oven and a refriga rator. All apart ments have controlled heating and air condition units. There is a fix contract period of 12 months. The facility is ideal for students who wish to be very close to the university, since it is located just opposite the campus.

Perfect House is located just three minutes away from campus. Available are studios, one, two and four-bedroom apartments, fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. The four-bedroom apartments have a private bathroom in each bedroom. All apartments have a single bed, bedside tables, desks, bookcase, sofa, dining table and chairs. All apartments are equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator and fan. In addition, all apartments have heating and air conditioning.
