What happens if I lose or damage my certificate?

In the case of a damaged certificate you should return the certificate to the our center along with personal details for dispatch (name and address). If a certificate is lost, we will contact the ECDL Foundation Ltd with the logbook number, name and address and a replacement certificate will be dispatched. An administration charge will be made.
