Professor Petros (Peter) Stathopoulos is coordinator for the Social Work Program at European University Cyprus. Before joining European University Cyprus he taught at Frederick University of Cyprus, the Department of Social Work T.E.I of Athens courses in community organization, Social Policy and Planning as well as Management of Social Services. During his long academic career, he was Visiting Professor at various Universities in Germany, Britain, Holland, Moldova, and Russia.
