This program provides specialized knowledge and skills in dealing with crime and its legal repercussions, new criminal threats and emerging criminal codes
The LLM in Criminal Law at EUC seeks to not only deepen students’ knowledge of substantive and procedural criminal law, but also increase their understanding of new forms of crime such as cybercrime, terrorism, trafficking and environmental crime. Students gain skills in contemporary criminal law issues and European criminal codes.
Students analyze the changing nature of criminal activities with transnational organized criminal groups and technology and are equipped with specialized knowledge to understand new threats and emerging criminal codes. The program contents are addressed to lawyers, judges, security officers and law enforcement officials.
