This workshop is organized by the Astrophysics and High Performance Computing (AHPC) Research group of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of European University Cyprus and aims to provide a forum for the discussion of cutting-edge scientific problems in the Physical Sciences, Health Sciences, Biology, Medical Imaging and Engineering. Emphasis will be made on technological tools and practical techniques for their resolution. The workshop aims to bring together scientists from interdisciplinary areas to exchange ideas, knowledge and technological approaches on how to deal with computationally demanding scientific problems/applications and we cordially invite those with knowledge or interest in this field to attend.
