When do I apply for the issuance of my Degree?

In order to be considered for a degree, all students must file an Application for Degree Issuance.


*** Degrees are only issued upon application by the student. No Degree will be issued unless an application is submitted ***


All Applications for Degree Issuance by the appropriate deadline; otherwise the application will be transferred to the next semester.


General Application Deadlines:

  • Fall Semester: Last week of November
  • Spring Semester: Last week of March
  • Summer Session: Last week of June


The form may be submitted electronically to reg@euc.ac.cy or directly to the University Registrar C.Constantinou@euc.ac.cy . If you are unable to save the form, please return it to the Office of the Registrar in person.


Degrees will be ordered and can be picked up in person at the Office of the Registrar or mailed (via Courier Service - addressee payment) after the conferral date. A third person can pick up a degree only by submitting the Authorization Form signed by the student.


It will take a few weeks to complete the process so it’s important that we have an address on file for you which will be current for at least a couple of months after graduation. If you need to update your address, you may do so by e-mail reg@euc.ac.cy .


The University also assists students in the process of official attestation, such as APOSTILLE. For further information for this procedure please contact Ms. Maria Zalti M.Zalti@euc.ac.cy
