Congratulations! The day you have been working so hard for is finally here! You are now entering the proud community of the European University Cyprus Alumni Association. The Graduation Ceremony guidelines are provided below:

APPLICATION FOR ATTENDING THE 2024 GRADUATION CEREMONY
Students who successfully complete 210 ECTS for an undergraduate program and 60 ECTS for a postgraduate program are able to participate at the Graduation Ceremony. PhD students can apply to attend the Ceremony after the University Senate and Council have validated their title.
The Deadline to submit the Graduation Application is 31 May 2024.
PROCEDURE TO ATTEND THE GRADUATION CEREMONY
- Before completing the Graduation Application Form, you must first pay the Graduation gown fee either online through the website https://eurojet.com.cy/gowns-university-college or directly at the EuroJet offices.
- Upon gown payment, each graduate will receive a reference number/order number/invoice number, which is required in order to complete the Graduation Ceremony Application Form. The same reference number is required in order to collect your gown.

- Graduation Gown pick-up: As of 1 June 2024 from Eurojet Office (0035722375050) or any other method that you choose on your application.

Presence in the virtual rehearsal is MANDATORY in order to learn and understand all the graduation procedures.
VISITORS ATTENDANCE AT THE 2024 GRADUATION CEREMONY
Attendance at the ceremony is only possible by invitation. Visitors must present their invitation at the entrance either in printing or electronic form. Each graduate is entitled to the same number of invitations which will be announced during the rehearsals.
APPLICATION FOR DEGREE ISSUANCE
Graduates receive a commemorative scroll of participation in the Annual Graduation Ceremony. All Degrees are issued at a later day, which will be announced by the Office of the Registrar. Students should also apply for the Issuance of their Degree. If a Degree Application is not submitted, then the degree is not issued. For Information about the degree issuance please click here
Graduation Speech
The Graduation Speech is delivered by the graduating student with the highest G.P.A. at the undergraduate level, provided the student graduates in May (Spring Semester) of the respective Academic Year (2024).
Directions & Parking
Parking at European University Cyprus during the Graduation Days is extremely limited. Please park in such a way as to facilitate the passage of pedestrians and people with reduced mobility.
GRADUATION PHOTOS & VIDEO
Graduates, who wish to take a portrait photo on the day of the graduation and/or family photo, should be at the EUC Cafeteria from 18:00-18: 50. Alternatively, graduates can also visit the photographer’s studio, after booking an appointment. You will find more information by clicking here.
The Ceremony will begin at 8:30 p.m. sharp, and it is recommended that attendees and guests plan on arriving as early as possible.
